The property is currently for sale, freehold, at £550K plus SAV via private treaty.

That price was set prior to the Credit Crunch, however, since then disabled access has been built and the whole of the shop and accommodation fronts have been replaced. The shop has been fitted with a false fire resistant ceiling and the lighting systems replaced.

We are prepared to consider innovative purchase or leasing deals for the whole property and business or for the two separately.
